12/12/2023 - Transferred, Dry Hopped, Saved Yeast - Flavor was bright triopical with citrus notes. Star party yeast with biotransformation was also prominent. Transferred to a better bottle before racking on top of dry hopping and then saving 5 containers of yeast.

12/18/2023 - Kegged - Really nice tropical fruit aromas (passionfruit, guava) along with the catty & tropical notes from Citra & El Dorado. Put in the kegerator to carb right away.
