Taste Notes: I was not a fan of this hop as a single variety. It had a subtle pineapple note, but not really much else. I think it would be fine to add to other batches, or maybe experiment with on mash hopping or something else, but I would keep this in the background in future batches.

Notes

11/27/2023 - Brew Day - I wanted to test out the BRU-1 hops I bought, so I decided to make a single hop pale with them. I went with all late & whirlpool additions, and plan to dry hop with 2oz as well.

11/30/2023 - Added 2oz dry hops

12/6/2023 - Kegged - Flavor was pretty subtle on these hops. I got a fairly strong pineapple aroma, but the flavor was pretty mild. I added 4 squirts of Capella Sweet Mango flavoring to the keg to help round out the flavor and provide some extra tropical notes.
