Notes

11/2/2023 - Brew Day - Runoff was pretty slow, even with extra rice hulls, but at least I got really good efficiency. Boiled an extra 15 minutes because the volume was a touch high, for a total of 45 minutes. Chilled to 170 & whirlpooled hops at that temp for 15 minutes before resuming chilling. Pithced LalBrew New England yeast and fermented slightly under pressure.

11/8/2023 - Transferred, dry hopped & saved yeast - Added 1oz Citra, Idaho 7, and El Dorado to a Better Bottle and racked on top. Volume was a little lower than I wanted, so there's a little extra headspace. Saved 5 containers of yeast.
