Notes

10/10/23 - Brew Day

10/11/23 - The yeast didn't seem to be taking off, so I pitched a pack of Verdant IPA yeast, and that took off overnight. It actually ended up filling up the airlock the next morning, so I had to clean that out and put on a new bucket lid as well.

10/17/23 - Dry hopped with 1oz Citra, El Dorado & Nelson Sauvin by sprinkling hops on top of beer in primary.

10/22/23 - Kegged - Nice hop flavor and aroma. Seemed slightly tart in flavor, so I'm not sure what that was about, but we'll see how it tastes when I put it on tap.
