Notes

10/5/2023 - Brew Day - I had planned on using all RO water, but Hy-Vee shut off their water station power after I had only collected a couple gallons, so I had to use mostly tap. Used the rest of the Wyermann Barke Pilsner malt (5.5 lbs) and used Rahr 2-Rod to make up the remaining 2.5 lbs for the base malt. Boiled an extra 15 minutes before adding hops due to a higher starting volume.

10/17/2023 - Kegged - FG=1.010 - Very crips and clean flavor with some nice sweet malt notes. This one should be great after a little cold storage.
