Taste Notes: Excellent combination of hops, orange, and vanilla! This beer turned out really well! I would definitely make this again, pretty much without changing much.

Notes

9-21-2023 - Brew Day - Added 1 tsp CaCl to mash. Boiled 60 minutes and added lactose with 15 minutes left in the boil. Whirlpooled hops for 15 minutes once it hit 175 degrees. Cooled to around 74 degrees and pitched saved Star Party yeast from 6/6/2023. Fermented under pressure in All Rounder.

9/26/2023 - Transferred onto 3 split & scraped vanilla beans. GF = 1.010. Nice citrus flavor & aroma coming from the beer, so the vanilla should get me close to a creamsicle flavor. I may only add a couple oz of the orange cream extract at kegging.
