Notes

7/5/2023 - Brew Day - Added the rest of my Saaz hops (around 3/4 oz) to the mash with about 20 minutes left. Added whirlpool hops at 180 degrees and stopped chilling for 15 minutes. Proceeded with chilling after 15 minute WP and cooled to 70 degrees before transferring to fermenter and adding some saved Omega Star Party yeast. The basement is a little warmer, so this batch may ferment in the low to mid 70's.

7/10/2023 - Transferred to secondary on top of half a container (16oz) of Mango puree (les vergers boiron) from ABL raffle.

7/17/2023 - Kegged - FG=1.008 - There is a subtle mango flavor and aroma in the background, with a good balance with the hops. Should be great once I get it on tap.

10/9/2023 - Filled a few small growlers to finish off the keg. Great coconut flavor with subtle mango notes as well. This one was really good!
