Notes

3/23/2023 - Brew Day - Mashed with 5 gallons of distilled water with 1.5 tsp Calcium Chloride & 2.5ml Lactic Acid. Sparged with normal hot tap water that was treated with portion of a Campden tablet & heated to 180 degrees. Boiled for around 20 minutes before adding bittering hops directly to kettle. I will add the other hops to the strainer as to not clog the filter.

3/24/2023 - aerated with mix-n-stir since I wasn't seeing any activity. Fermented under 5psi.

3/29/2023 - Transferred to secondary. Didn't take a gravity reading, but sampled a bit. Nice malt backbone with some supporting hop bitterness and a light fruity hop aroma & flavor.
