Notes

8/22/2022 - Brew Day - Mashed at 155 for 60 minutes. Boiled 15 minutes before adding hops. Chilled to 73 degrees and pitched 2 packs of US-05. I'll be putting this batch in a tub of water with a t-shirt and fan on it to help keep the fermentation a little cooler in the basement.

9/7/2022 - Transferred to secondary on top of 3 split & scraped vanilla beans. Plan to let sit for 2 weeks and then keg with 350ml Jim or Jack.
