Notes

8-3-2022 - Brew Day - Boiled a bit longer to help reduce some volume. I decided not to save the yeast from this batch and move on to the other strains I have to test out. I plan to add blended frozen grapes (juice & skins) in the primary after 3-4 days of fermentation along with the dry hops for some biotransformation.

8/7/2022 - Thawed grapes and blended before adding to beer. Also stirred in dry hops as well to get them mixed in below the heavy yeast blanket on top.

8/15/2022 - Kegged - FG=1.006. A bit lower FG than expected, but that may have to do with the additional grape juice added along with some hop creep. Flavor was nice and tropical though. No harshness. This one should be great on tap!
