Notes

6/29/2021 - Added a gallon of distilled water to the mash and sparge water to dilute it a bit. Chilled to 74 degrees before pouring into fermenter, leaving behind the hop material and protien break since I'm saving the yeast cake. Pitched smack pack and aerated a little more with the mix-n-stir. I'm using the Brew Jacket on this batch to hold the temp at 65 degrees.
