Notes

8/2/2019 - Brew Day - SG going into long boil was 1.080. Took another reading when the vigerous 90 minute boil was done and I had boiled off almost 20 points to hit 1.098 which is what I wanted. Pitched two packets of US-05 and put in water bath with a t-shirt and fan (swamp cooler) to try to keep the temp a little lower. Fermenting actively around 70-72, so hopefully it won't get too much higher than that to avoid fussel alcohol notes.
