Notes

4/16/2019 - Started with more volume on this batch since my last IPA only filled the keg 3/4 of the way due to all the hop absorbtion. Poured all the wort into the fermenter. I will dry-hop after a week or whenever fermention is complete.
4/24/2019 - Added dry hops to primary.
4/27/2019 - Kegged - FG=1.010. Glad I had some extra volume on this. It ended up filling the keg perfectly with about 3-4 inches of hop sludge and yeast at the bottom of the fermenter. Carbed quickly over a couple days. Nice hop flavor. More up-front bitterness than I intended, but I'm sure it will round out as it sits for a bit.
