Taste Notes: Raspberry adds a nice additional note to the cider. I've found that over time, my ciders lately have been getting a strange character that I can't quite put my finger on. Kind of tannic, but I don't think that's the only thing. May need to try switching cider/juice brands and see if that makes a difference, or try out different yeasts besides 71-B.
