Notes

Brew Day - Brewed with the new neighbor (Jason) and showed him my brewing process. Volume ended up quite a bit higher than intended, so I gave Jason a gallon of wort to bring home and ferment.

10/24/2017 - Transferred onto 3 split & scraped vanilla beans. SG=1.028. Seemed a bit high, so maybe the next batch I will either mash much cooler or maybe add some simple sugar to bring the gravity down. Hopefully it drops down a few more points after transfer.
