6/27/2016 - Performed 10 minute hop stand after the end of the boil before starting the chiller.
7/10/2016 - Added Centennial Hops.
7/19/2016 - Kegged. FG=1.020. FG was a little high. Firm bitterness with some resiny & citrus hop notes. Put in the kegerator to carb and serve fresh.
