Notes

1/26/2015 - Transferred onto 4 oz pre-used oak chips that had been steamed in the microwave. Firm tartness, balanced, should be good with the oak. Saved 3.5 containers of yeast slurry. SG=1.010 (likely drop a few more points with aging).
4/13/2015 - Kegged. FG=1.008. Light tartness, not much oak from the previously used oak cubes, should be good in a few months.
